Redevelopment of existing office building to Cat A adding 33,000 sq.ft. of net lettable area

The Project Management and Cost Management teams supported the owner in negotiations with BP International to secure a pre-let agreement and also delivered the refurbishment of the office.

The net lettable area of the building was increased by 33% principally by infilling the central atrium, whilst retaining two smaller atria, creating a new entrance reception and primary core. The teams maximised floor plate efficiency and delivered a grade A sustainable office refurbishment, suitable for 15 year full repairing lease.

BREEAM Excellent is achieved.
